Old fashioned snail mail is one of my favorite things, and I love getting happy mail! I’ve enjoyed having pen pals and being part of postcard exchanges over the years. Recently, that hobby has been a great pick-me-up when I need to take a break from all the craziness in the news.
Postcards and happy have brought me a wonderful sense of community and connection. So I’m delighted to introduce the Herbal History Happy Mail Club!
What is the Herbal History Happy Mail Club?
I wondered if there was a way to share some happy mail and my love of herbalism with all of you. After some brainstorming, I came up with the Herbal History Happy Mail Club.
Each month, you’ll receive a beautiful keepsake letter written and signed by me, and a collectible postcard. The letter focuses on a different herb each month, and the postcard features a matching photo taken from my garden.
In addition to writing about herbalism, I’m a professional nature photographer (as you’ve probably seen on the blog)- so you’ll be delighted by the scenes I’ve captured to share with you on the postcard!
How does it work?
To join, all you have to do is sign up for a membership on my Ko-fi page. Mail Club letters will be mailed during the first full week of each month. If you are joining after the first week of the month, you will still receive that month’s letter but it may be slightly delayed in the mail.
Our first edition will be posted the first week of July, 2026. Sign up now and it will be posted to you between July 6-10.
