Agatha is an herbalist and author living in Dalton, Georgia and an associate educator at the Herbal Academy. As a child, she was inspired by the gardens her grandparents tended, and naturally blossomed into an avid gardener with an interest in the herbal arts. Later on, Agatha turned to herbalism as a way to support her journey back to wellness after being diagnosed with Lyme disease. Now in her thirties, she can’t imagine a life without herbs.
In addition to her herbal recipe book, The Complete Guide to Adaptogens, Agatha has written articles about herbs for magazines including Willow and Sage and Mother Earth Living. Her work has also been featured online for websites such as MindBodyGreen, Hello Glow, Well + Good, and Mother Earth News.
